OUR PROJECT HAS ACHIEVED SECOND PLACE AT THE 53rd TUBITAK HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS RESEARCH PROJECTS COMPETITION<\/p>\n
The competition process has been completed for the T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 2204A category, which is organised to develop the human resources needed for the production of information and technology by supporting science-based studies in our country.<\/p>\n
The finals of the competition were held at the Presidential Complex Convention Center between 30th\u00a0 <\/span>May and 2nd June 2022. A total of 216 projects from 12 main fields of study across Turkey participated in the final competition. Amongst 18 projects in Sociology, the project study prepared by our student Zeynep Simla \u00c7akan and supervised by our Literature Teacher H\u00fcseyin \u00dcnal came in second in Turkey. The award was given to Zeynep Simla \u00c7akan by the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mr. Mustafa Varank.<\/p>\n Her project titled “The Mediator Role of Social Media in the Perception of Social Justice in relation to Active Citizenship from the Viewpoint of Generation Z in the Digital Age\u201d was through to the finals in the Istanbul Asia Region in the Sociology category after having come first amongst 8 projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In her project titled “The Mediator Role of Social Media in the Perception of Social Justice in relation to Active Citizenship from the Viewpoint of Generation Z in Digital Age\u201d, Simla studied the relationship between social justice and active citizenship, the role of social media in terms of active citizenship through Generation Z.<\/p>\n We thank our student and the project advisor\/teacher for making us feel this proud and congratulate them on their success.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" OUR PROJECT HAS ACHIEVED SECOND PLACE AT THE 53rd TUBITAK HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS RESEARCH PROJECTS COMPETITION The competition process has been completed for the T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 2204A category, which is organised to develop the human resources needed for the production of information and technology by supporting science-based studies in our country.
