PLEASE NOTE BEFORE FILLING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS

The enrolment renewal process for the 2020-2021 academic year will be conducted online.

Forms to be filled in and shared with the school for the enrolment renewal process are available electronically via the link below.

Parents may can log into the system using their mobile phone number and their child’s Turkish ID Number.

The forms are dynamically designed, save-and-continue electronic forms. Please do not click the SEND button before making sure that the information you entered is correct.

You can access the system between “03-30 June 2020” to fill out the forms according to the directions on the screen, and perform the process of re-enrolment. After completing and submitting all the forms, you will receive the following automated response: “Dear Parent, all forms have been completed. Please check your email inbox. Thank you.”

After completing the Payment Option Form (FORM 8), our Financial Affairs Department will promptly send you detailed information about the payment plan and other relevant information via e-mail.

If you have any questions, please contact the Financial Affairs Unit.

After completing the MEB Contract (FORM 6) and Student Examination Follow-up Notification Form (FORM 7)1, the forms must be submitted to the school by the courier service or by you personally. The registration process of the student will be certain if the registration forms are approved by the School Directorate.
