The catering and canteen services are provided by Yemekhane Catering Company holding national, and international, quality certificates.
The food is cooked daily at ENKA Schools and the menu is prepared on a monthly basis by an nutrition expert taking into consideration the daily nutrition and calorie needs of students. Parents are kept informed about the menu through the school webpage every month.
The school canteen is run in compliance with the Canteen Regulation of The Ministry of Education.
The cafeterias and cooking areas are regularly audited by ENKA Schools Health Unit, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and by an expert independent audit firm according to the conditions of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. The water and food samples are sent to the food labs regularly to be checked. The analysis results are communicated through our webpage.
Raw ingredients that are used for cooking food are purchased from the well-known companies in Turkey and the providers are regularly checked.
Yemekhane has certificates for ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems as well as Food Production Certificates.
