Our PE classes are taught for two periods per week. The classes embody not only the\u00a0national physical education and sports curriculum, but also\u00a0the PYP and MYP curriculum based on inquiry and research. Our students\u00a0develop\u00a0physically as well as gain a solid foundation in\u00a0other topics such as healthy nutrition, lifelong sports, and teamwork.<\/p>\n

We create our school teams according to different levels in the tryouts that we conduct at the beginning of the year. Our students who are chosen for the school teams are licensed under the ENKA Schools school team and participate in matches. All the teams in our school attend the municipality tournaments within Sar\u0131yer and the general municipal school tournaments that are held within Istanbul. The teams who are ranked in these competitions attend regional and national championships.<\/p>\n

Students who are on the ENKA Schools teams attend leagues and competitions held between clubs in Istanbul throughout the year within the ENKA Sports Club. With the help of this collaboration, they have the chance to attend tournaments between schools and leagues as well as\u00a0matches held between clubs in order to gain more experience.<\/p>\n
