12th Annual ENKA Sports Festival<\/p>\n
Our Physical Education Department organized the 12th ENKA Schools Sports Festival between May 2- 4. The purpose of this festival is to promote the physical and mental development of our students and to allow them to make new friends from other schools.<\/p>\n
This year, we hosted 300 student athletes from 25 schools. There were seven branches of sports played in the festival including swimming, basketball, table tennis, tennis, soccer, and volleyball. We had fun watching the sportsmanship of all the students. At the closing ceremony, the top student athletes and schools received medals and trophies. We congratulate all the schools and student athletes who took part in this organization. We wish everyone continued success.<\/p>\n

\nIn the 2018 Turkish Modern Pentathlon competition that was held in Samsun 12-13 May, our student Arda Ta\u015fba\u015f won second place. The event consisted of 340 competitors from 53 provinces throughout Turkey.<\/p>\n
\nOur student Ecrin Akan won 2nd place in the Long Jump competition with a jump of 4.93 meters.<\/p>\n
\nOur Star Tennis Team won first place in their group in the recent Regional Tennis Competition in Mersin. They will now advance to the Turkish Championship which will be held in Kocaeli between May 26 -30.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
