The purpose of art education in our school is to develop each student’s critical and creative capacities, to bring their artistic talents to light, to endow them with an artistic outlook and to accustom them to participating in artistic and cultural activities. At the same time, students take steps towards becoming self-confident, productive, stake-holding, creative individuals. As they become acquainted with the major branches of art, such as theatre, painting, music and dance, they also discover themselves, and learn to perceive the world from different angles.
