At 12:00pm on Sunday, 12\/11\/2017, a parent-teacher conference meeting will be held to assess the success of our students in their first midterm exams and to discuss the precautions to be taken in classes they are failing in.<\/p>\n

I kindly ask you to attend this meeting, and wish you all the best.<\/p>\n

\n1- Opening speech of Principal in conference hall(10:00)
\n2- Moving on to classes (10:30)
\na- Updating contact information of parents and taking their signatures
\nb- Distribution of interim report cards
\nc- Disclosure of the relevant articles of the updates of regulation on secondary education institutions
\nd- Explain the importance of tasks and measures that will increase the student’s success.
\n3- Subject teachers walk around classes to visit parents (11:00)
\n4- Interviews between subject teachers and parents for those who scored low on their exams
