Kapan\u0131\u015f toplant\u0131s\u0131na Do\u011fu Marmara Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 yetkilileri ve Makine \u0130htisas OSB\u2019de bulunan firma y\u00f6neticilerimiz kat\u0131ld\u0131. Proje kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nan 6 eksenli Robot Kol Deney Setinin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0End\u00fcstri 4.0 kavram\u0131 ile d\u00fcnya g\u00fcndeminde yer bulan y\u00fcksek teknoloji \u00fcretimi ve y\u00fcksek teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ihracat\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u00f6nemini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Okulumuzda kendi \u00fcretti\u011fimiz deney setlerimiz ve hibe program\u0131ndan al\u0131nan bu deney seti ile \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz y\u00fcksek teknoloji \u00fcretim sistemleri konusunda e\u011fitim alma \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 yakalamaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Robot Kol Deney Setimizin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve Teknik \u00d6zellikleri:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">6 eksenli end\u00fcstriyel robot kol, bask\u0131 devre kartlar\u0131n\u0131(PCB) palet \u00fczerinde yer alan farkl\u0131 renklere sahip plastik\u00a0 kutulara yerle\u015ftirir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bask\u0131 devre kartlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde yer alan\u00a0 2 adet cam sigorta yuvalar\u0131na verilen senaryo do\u011frultusunda cam sigortalar\u0131 monte eder. 6 eksenli end\u00fcstriyel robotun \u00f6n taraf\u0131nda 2 adet farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerde hareket eden konvey\u00f6r bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu konvey\u00f6rler palet \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f kutular\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131rlar. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir konvey\u00f6r olan bypass konvey\u00f6r\u00fc\u00a0 paletlerin robotun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma pozisyonuna y\u00f6nlendirilmesini sa\u011flar. Her paletin alt\u0131da, bask\u0131 devre kartlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer alan cam sigorta yuvalar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilecek cam sigortan\u0131n, yerini ve adetini belirleyen RFID etiketleri mevcuttur.
