With the aim of raising a generation of self-confident, inquisitive young people capable of collaboratively developing solutions to societal issues, ENKA Technical Schools are now participating in the FIRST® LEGO® LEAGUE (FLL)—an event held in 80 countries worldwide, including Türkiye. In addition to FLL, the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is also part of our program. The goal of the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is to foster young people’s interest in robotics and science. WRO enhances the ideation and problem-solving skills of students—ranging from primary school to university—by organizing thought-provoking and educational robotics tournaments and activities.
Our students work with LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 sets in the dedicated LEGO classroom established at our school. Through these activities, they develop manual dexterity, design capabilities, algorithmic thinking, and software skills, while also gaining an increased interest in science, mathematics, and engineering, an awareness of technology’s role in production, and essential teamwork skills.
