Our School dining hall services are provided by SOFRA GROUP-OBASAN which has the following certificates: TSE-EN-ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management, TSE-ISO-EN 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System, TSE OHSAS TS 18001: 2014 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, TSE-EN-ISO 50001 Energy Management ISO 10002 2014 Customer Satisfaction Management System. The company serves lunch with a total of 4 cups of meal with 10 staff. In addition, catering services are provided in additional studies conducted at the school, as well.

The meals are prepared daily at ENKA Schools and the menu is prepared monthly by the expert dietician taking into account the daily nutrition and energy needs of the students and is informed monthly by the parents through the web page.

Unlike the concept of classical school canteen, school canteen supplies food and hot and cold drinks to students with only vending machines. Control of the vending machines and supply of materials are carried out by the relevant company in weekly periods.

The cafeterias and the production area are regularly inspected by the ENKA Schools Health Unit and an independent inspection company. The water and food samples taken are regularly sent to the food control laboratory.

Raw materials used in food production are procured from exclusive firms in Turkey and they are subject to routine inspections according to the processes of ISO-9001-2015 quality management system that we own.
