In the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) department, students learn to manage design and manufacturing processes by professionally using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX. Supported by courses such as Technical Drawing, Computer-Aided Design, and CAD/CAM, this educational process combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice.
In workshops with a maximum of 12 students, each student has the opportunity to work individually on 5-axis CNC machines, robotic machine components, and engine designs. In this way, students gain comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in machining processes using computer-controlled machines, mastering even the finest details of the production process.
Students reinforce the technological knowledge and occupational health and safety practices they acquire at school through summer internships at leading companies in the industry, both in Türkiye and abroad. This internship process enables theoretical education to be transformed into practical, hands-on experience in real-world industrial environments.
The main goal of the program is to prepare qualified future engineers and technical specialists who understand the production and practical application processes and to equip strategic sectors such as defense, aerospace, automotive, and energy with skilled professionals who are familiar with the entire manufacturing process.
