UNIVERSITY PREPARATION COURSES

YGS-LYS PREPARATIONS

• Special preparation classes for the university entrance examinations (YGS and LYS) are conducted with our 11th and 12th grade students at weekends and on weekdays.
• Our YGS-LYS preparation classes take place for 40 hours a week during the summer vacation (120 hours in total) and for 18 hours a week during the school year.

LEVELS OF CLASSES

• Class levels are determined based on test results and changes are made continuously throughout the year.

STUDY PROGRAMME

• Three hours of “study time” after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,
• Tutorials with groups of four students for those who are among the top 20 students.

TESTING

• Students take unit tests and general tests periodically throughout the year. The results are evaluated at meetings attended by school management, course teachers and psychological counsellors. Any measures that are considered necessary are duly taken.
• The academic achievement of individual students is monitored by their advisor teachers.
