An informing seminar was organized at our school by police officer Lütfullah TARHAN, who works in Kocaeli Anti-Cyber Crime Police Department, in order for our students to use the internet safely and consciously, and to raise awareness about the negativities they may encounter in today’s world where internet and social media networks are an important part of life. Information about cyber bullying, cyber crimes, social media crimes, legal consequences and possible psychological effects of these crimes was shared in the seminar, which was held in order to prevent cyber crimes and cyberbullying before they happen and to minimize the harm that will come with them.
