39 STEPS
It is Patrick Barlow, who adapted it from the story of John Buchan to the stage. The story was previously filmed in 1935 by Alfred Hitchcock.
Summary: Richard Hannay is a thirty-seven-year-old wealthy person. One day, he meets a mysterious, beautiful woman named Annabella in a theater. Hannay’s life changes when Annabella is killed by secret agents who are about to leak information out of the country. Now he has to save himself from murder charges and prevent agents from leaking information. He finds himself chasing the secret organization “39 Steps”.
