We participated in Kocaeli High School Chess Tournament organized by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality in Gebze Indoor Sports Hall on 17-18 December. In group competitions, our school team is the first in Kocaeli Province; in individual competitions, Ömer Faruk DURUGÖL is the first in Kocaeli Province, Aydan ÇELİK is the second in Kocaeli Province. On the same day in “Istanbul City Championship Chess Stars” tournament organized by Turkey Chess Federation in Yahya Kemal Sports Hall in Kağıthane, İstanbul, our student Emre DEMİRBAŞ is the second in İstanbul Province. We would like to congratulate our students for their success.
