Aromsa is a company which is operating in Gebze OIZ, and producing aromas by combining advanced laboratory and production technologies with natural raw materials. Primarily a wide portfolio of flavors for every area of the food industry; sauces, syrups and fruit preparations, extracts, caramelized sugar, caramel colorant, fruit powders, enzyme modified dairy products and spice mixtures are designed and produced. Within the scope of our technical tour, the R&D center laboratories where different product groups are studied, the Taste of Life Journey Workshop and the museum about the company’s history were visited. While our students had the opportunity to see many laboratories on site, they received detailed information about research and development, production and quality control stages. In addition to the opportunity to examine the laboratories of a leading company in the sector, our students also got enlightening answers to all their questions about their fields.
