Atabay İlaç is a pharmaceutical company which is operating in Dilovası Industrial Zone, and producing human pharmaceutical raw materials and pharmaceuticals, agricultural and veterinary pharmaceutical drug substance and pharmaceuticals, and marketing them to Türkiye and the world. Our school’s chemistry department students visited the company’s modern and well-equipped active pharmaceutical ingredient and drug production facilities, R&D and quality laboratories. They had the opportunity to see and get information about the equipment of laboratories working in the pharmaceutical industry and the various analyzes performed in these laboratories. They received detailed information about the research-development, production and quality control stages of medicines. In addition to having the opportunity to examine the laboratories of a leading company in the sector, our students also got enlightening answers to all their questions about their fields. We would like to thank the company officials and employees for their interest and technical trip support to our students during the trip.
