DEPARTMENT OF

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES

In the Industrial Automation Technologies Department, professionals who can meet the needs of the sector and market conditions and have professional competence required in line with scientific and technological developments are trained.

Nowadays, where competition is rapidly increasing, factories need to make their production faster with higher quality. Robotic arms replacing manpower in production and their control with computers are taught in the Industrial Automation Technologies Department. In our school, education is given in a quality that can follow the latest technology in this field that the industry needs.

VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

In our school, Industrial Control Branch training is provided under the Industrial Automation Technologies Department. In the Department of Industrial Automation Technologies, Basic Industry Applications Mechatronic Systems, Factory Automation, Hydraulic-Pneumatic and PLC laboratory courses are given.

A maximum of 12 students receive education in our workshops, and there are tools, equipment, devices and consumables to enable each student to perform all applications individually.

PROJECT STUDIES

Thanks to the applied training they receive, our students participate in project competitions in and out of the country with the project studies they prepare using the necessary equipment and infrastructure.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS

Our students represent our school and our country at the highest level by participating in both domestic and international robotic competitions such as MEB Robot Contest, First Robotics Competition (FRC), VEX Robotics Competition, World Robot Olympiad (WRO).

FAIR TECHNICAL TRIPS

In order to contribute to the knowledge and experience of our students on Industrial Automation Technology, technical trips are organized to fairs that promote the globally recognized and followed companies of the automation sector.

INTERNSHIP

Our students use the knowledge and practical skills they have gained in the Industrial Automation workshops within the framework of scientific work and discipline rules during their summer internships.

AFTER GRADUATION

Our students who graduate from the Industrial Automation Technologies Department can work in many sectors such as automotive, electric-electronic, computering, metal, health, food, energy, agriculture, and can also develop technological methods for new products.
