Summit at Haliç, Destination Houston: ENKATECH Sets Off
As the ENKATECH #6985 FRC Team, we proudly and successfully completed the “FRC Haliç Regional” competition held on March 25–26–27, 2026, at Ataköy Athletics Hall. In this prestigious event, which was the result of months of intensive work, dedication, and team spirit, our team attracted attention with both its technical achievements and its inspiring approach.
Our lead mentor Erdinç Uğurlu, became a source of inspiration for our team and all students by winning the “Woodie Flowers Finalist Award,” one of the most prestigious awards in FRC. With its outstanding performance on the field, our team reached the finals, and our robot was deemed worthy of the “Industrial Design Award” thanks to its design that brings together aesthetics and functionality in engineering.
As a result of these achievements, our ENKATECH FRC Team has qualified to participate in the “FRC World Championship,” which will be held in Houston, Texas, between April 29 and May 2, 2026.
This success is the result of a team that dreams, produces, works together, and never gives up. Our team continues to shape the future by going beyond building robots and developing skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
We would like to thank all our students, mentors, school administration, and everyone who supported us throughout this process. As ENKATECH, we will continue our work with determination to represent our country in the best possible way on the international stage.
