2025-2026 EDUCATIONAL YEAR
REGISTRATION PROCESS

Dear Parents,

Information regarding 2025-2026  enrollments have been posted.

The admissions forms to be completed and shared with the school in order to complete registration is available electronically via the link below.

You can log in to the system using your child’s Turkish Identity Number and the parent’s mobile phone number.

The online forms are dynamic. Please do not click the SUBMIT button until you are sure that the information you entered is correct. You may complete all the forms from FORM 1 to FORM 8 in sequence in order to complete the registration process. After completing all the forms, you will receive this reply: “Dear Parent, All the forms have been completed. Please check your email inbox. Thank you.”

After filling out the Payment Option Form (FORM 8), our Financial Affairs Department will send you the payment schedule and detailed information via e-mail as soon as possible.

PAY IN ADVANCE BY CREDIT CARD

For those parents who want to pay the school fee in advance by Credit Card, after they electronically submit Form 8 in the online registration forms, they can make their payment transactions securely by clicking the pay by credit card button that will appear on the home page.
-The Credit Card payment is made as a single payment.
-The Credit Card payments can only be made online (via virtual POS).
-Our institution does not physically receive credit card payments.
-Credit Card information is securely stored by Yapı Kredi Bank where you will make your payment.

The MEB Agreement (FORM 6) will be signed by each of the student’s parents or by their guardian. FORM 6 and FORM 7 (Student Examination/Follow-up Notification Form) will be hand-delivered to the school by the student’s parents after the forms have been completed.

Student registrations which have not followed this process described above will be deemed by the school as incomplete.
