11th grade students Özge Naz Balaban and Çağan Can Altındal are amongst the 30 students who were accepted to the TechCamp@POLIMI summer training program, which will be held between 10-15 June at Milan Polytechnic University, which is ranked 1st in Italy and 24th in the world in the field of Engineering and Technology and among the top 50 universities in the world in 6 research fields according to the Times world university rankings.
TechCamp@POLIMI is the first project to introduce high school students to technology courses (STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) at university level standards. Our students will participate in training courses and workshops in the field of green energy and sustainability as part of the program prepared by professors, researchers and PHD students of Milan Polytechnic University. With the opportunity of acquiring a patent for the projects they have devised in the field of sustainability, our students will be sharing them with the participants, as well.
